📋 SUMMARY OF TERMS & CONDITIONS:

R 10 000 - 00 refundable registration deposit payable to participate.
Subject to confirmation by the seller – 14 days
10% deposit payable on the fall of the hammer
Guarantees / full purchase price due within 30 days of acceptance
Arrear rates, taxes & levies for seller’s account
Agent’s commission: 5% + VAT, payable by the seller
Conveyancer to be appointed by the seller
Delivery date: on registration of transfer (unless otherwise agreed)
Occupational interest: 12% per annum
